Mission/Vision

Team DEA 2024 will do everything in our power to fight for you. This team will be at the table with department and City Hall executives to fight relentlessly for more grade positions, more Detectives put into squads, new promotions to Detective to fill the too many open positions, and to discuss overtime issues due to the lack of enough Detectives.

Our overall vision is to better the lives of union members by ensuring Detectives are treated fairly in all aspects of the job. We will do that by being focused on our values of:
